- Use of my yard sign with flyer box and 50 MLS Info sheets
- 7 day a week Showing Service with auto e-mail notification of showings and feed-back
- Use of my Supra e-lock box
- Receive, communicate and explain all offers
- Get paperwork to Title Co.
- 5 day a week access to Listing Agent
- Reserve the right to be a FSBO and pay no commission if you procure the Buyer.
- Reserve the right to convert your listing to a Full Service Listing.
