And... if there is a Bonus being paid by the Builder and the total commission is more than 3% then you will receive 83% of that Bonus also. So it is real simple....I pay my new home clients 83% of all cash commission paid by the Builder. Anybody else willing to put that in writing for you? I have hundreds of listings of New inventory homes in Houston as of January, 2010. These listings will pay more than my standard 2.5% Rebate in Houston. Receive 3% 4% and even up to 5% in some cases when the Builder is paying a BTSA (bonus to selleing agent) to me. No matter how much cash commision the Texas Builder pays....the buyer gets 83% of ALL that commission. Nothing is held back.
All of these homes will have additional Builder incentives that are not affected by our rebates.
